Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

International

• Standard International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)
• Express International: 5–10 business days (varies by destination)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

PhotonAura is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
